Your Key Responsibilities
Assist with the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding
Provide administrative support across employment contracts, payroll data entry, HR reporting, and learning & development
Coordinate smooth and engaging onboarding experiences for new team members
Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in HR or office administration (not essential)
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field (completed or near completion)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a love for organising data
Ability to work autonomously
A knack for organisation, multitasking, and prioritising
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
