Refuge Victoria is seeking a Children and Young People’s Practitioner to support children and families affected by family violence. You will deliver trauma-informed, strength-based case management in a multidisciplinary team within refuges and crisis accommodation.
The role focuses on risk assessments (MARAM), safety planning, education and health support, and interagency collaboration to promote safety and positive development for children and carers.
