Responsibilities
Provide quality client‑focused care to patients, their families and carers, using a holistic approach.
Assess and monitor patients' physical and mental state.
Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to provide highly responsive and adaptable service to consumers and carers.

Able to lead a team of PCAs.
Collaborate effectively with clinical leadership team.
Positive time management skills.
Administer medications.
Efficient wound management.
Capable of assessment and care planning review.
Effectively assess residents for clinical deterioration and liaise with multidisciplinary team.
Excellent documentation skills.





Required Documentation
Proof of current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
