Role Description

This is a full time role for a Town Planner based in Brisbane, QLD. The Town Planner will be responsible for conducting site analysis, preparing development applications, and advising clients on planning and regulatory requirements. The role also involves managing projects, engaging with local governments, and assisting to coordinate external consultants for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.





Qualifications
Experience with development applications and project coordination
A working knowledge of planning regulations and legislation relevant to Queensland
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and government agencies
Proficiency in report writing, preparing proposals, and project management techniques
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines for multiple projects
Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial projects is highly desirable
A bachelor’s degree in Town Planning or a related field
Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s license
