Sofitel Melbourne on Collins is seeking a dedicated Pastry Kitchen Attendant to support our award-winning pastry team in a luxury hotel setting. You will assist with large-scale production of desserts, pastries and baked goods for outlets, conferences, events and room service.
Working closely with the Pastry Chef, you will prepare mise en place, follow recipes and quality standards, ensure food safety, and help maintain a clean, well-organised pastry kitchen in a quick-paced setting.
