About the Role

We are seeking an experienced skilled labourer/trade assistant with solid residential construction experience. This position is intended for experienced residential labourers/trade assistants.

You will be working across occupied residential homes assisting with:
Bathroom and accessibility upgrades




Residential maintenance and modification work
Demolition, sheeting, fitting-off, and installation tasks
Site preparation and material handling
Working alongside carpenters and trades
Maintaining clean, safe, skilled work sites

About You
Minimum 3 years residential construction experience
Confident using power tools unsupervised
Experience in bathroom renovations or residential maintenance highly regarded
Able to work independently and show initiative
Skilled and respectful in clients’ homes
Reliable with strong work ethic
Physically fit and hands-on

Significant - Only candidates with proven residential construction experience will be considered for this role.

Police Check and paid trial required for successful applicants.
