Business Analyst / Technical Account Manager - IT Services Provider

Our client, a growing and exciting, strategic IT Services Provider are looking to bolster their innovative technical accounts team with a technically minded Business Analyst / Technical Account Manager.

This is a great prospect, looking for a talented tech focused person, who is looking to work closely with clients, and help steer them to achieve their objectives. Your deep technical knowledge will help them deliver on their IT infrastructure and services objectives via strategic implementation.

Key skills and experience
Ideally 3+ Years experience in a BA or Tech Account Management position within an IT company or MSP
Have a background in a technical position, such as service desk support or a similar IT role
Ability to manage day to day operational outcomes through optimal workflow management
Extensive knolwedge in Microsoft 365, Azure, Sharepoint, Teams or cyber security is highly regarded
Exposure to the management of resources, service improvement, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational skills with a high attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, with a "can-do" attitude who doesn't need to be micro-managed
