About the Role

Our brand-new Eden Academy Mambourin centre is a special place designed to nurture young minds and hearts. We are a child-protected organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, our space feels like a home away from home. With natural play environments, open-plan rooms filled with natural light and abundant age-appropriate resources, both indoor and outdoor play areas, we provide the perfect setting for 112 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

We are hiring Assistant Educators for our brand-new centre.

About You

You’re a compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow. Your approach is designed to empower children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness. Through meaningful interactions and engaging conversations, you inspire inquisitive minds and help lay the foundation for each child’s unique learning journey.

Qualifications
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Food Handling Certificate
Current Working with Children Check
Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
Outstanding personal presentation




Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
