We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Burwood store in NSW on a part time basis at 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store.
Lead from the front; drive success in your store through robust communication and upskilling the team.
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
Availability to work late evenings and weekends.

Qualifications & Success Criteria
Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams.
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers to create memorable moments.
Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
