This company is a leading building service partner to major property portfolios across Australia and New Zealand, delivering HVAC services. They have recently been awarded a premium commercial portfolio in the Melbourne CBD and are growing the team to support it.
In this role you will carry out service, maintenance and breakdown work across commercial offices,
retail and mixed-use sites, quoting repairs and upgrade works and dealing directly with clients. Cross‑training across disciplines is available.
This role would suit an HVAC Technician looking for higher‑grade commercial work and a stronger package with a growing national business.
The role
Service, maintenance and breakdowns across commercial sites
Fault‑finding on a variety of HVAC assets
Quoting repairs, upgrades and refurbishment works
Liaising with clients, coordinators and management
The person
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
White Card and full Australian driver's licence
Commercial HVAC service, maintenance and breakdown experience
The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
