Associate | Litigation & Dispute Resolution | Class Actions

Location: Sydney

Contract Type: Permanent

You will work directly with Partners David Taylor, Beverley Newbold, James Beaton, Caitlin Murray and William Nolan. Your role will involve advising on high‑profile, complex disputes, including class actions, large commercial litigation, and regulatory investigations.

Qualifications

We’re interested in lawyers who bring:
3 years’ post‑admission experience in litigation (class actions experience highly regarded);
Solid technical expertise in commercial dispute resolution matters;
A high level of technical excellence and attention to detail;
Robust client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients,



counsel and experts;
The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team‑based, team-oriented workplace;
Resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own;
