Westpac is seeking an Executive Manager, Practice Enablement to define what valuable product ownership looks like and grow the workforce to meet it. You will own standards, playbooks, reference patterns and the quality bar, along with the capability framework, career pathways and skills taxonomy.

You will lead governance, risk-informed decisions and tooling for product ownership, engaging Risk, Legal and Compliance early to embed controls by design.
