Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives. Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families,



and other support staff to ensure the best possible care for individuals
Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in childcare or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
Ability to follow care plans and provide personalized support
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
