Alzheimer’s Queensland is seeking a Client Advisor to drive growth through effective intake and service uptake at the Upper Mount Gravatt head office. You will manage high volumes of calls, conduct needs discussions, and navigate the My Aged Care portal to identify prospects across CHSP and Support at Home programs.
In this role you’ll build relationships with prospective clients and families, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with operations to meet growth targets.
