Quality ManagerSouth Nowra, NSW $100,000 – $130,000 + Super (DOE) Monday to Friday | Flexible Start Times

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing organisation based in South Nowra. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of quality systems within a regulated environment, supporting both compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as the on-site Quality lead when required.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve QMS within a regulated manufacturing setting
Oversee document control, deviations, CAPAs, and change management processes
Support batch review and product release activities
Conduct internal audits and assist with external and regulatory audits
Lead investigations relating to quality issues, non-conformances, and complaints




Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Provide training and guidance to operational teams on quality standards

About You
Degree-qualified in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
Proven experience in a GMP-regulated environment
Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Experience managing investigations and root cause analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Experience within food, pharmaceutical, or complementary medicines manufacturing is highly regarded
