Duties and responsibilities




Manage a mixed portfolio of SME and mid-market clients from end to end
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurers
Provide expert advice and develop tailored insurance solutions
Drive portfolio growth through proactive retention and new business initiatives
Coordinate quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims, and policy processing
Stay across market trends by attending industry events and networking opportunities
Approach each day with curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn

We are looking for someone with:
Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential)
Experience managing your own portfolio of SME & retail clients
Solid understanding of the general insurance product suite
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for client service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team-oriented approach and desire to contribute to a positive, agile workplace
