Little Zak's Academy in Western Sydney is seeking experienced Room Leaders to join our teams across Western Sydney, supporting robust and consistent practice within the rooms.
You will provide leadership in delivering high quality, inclusive learning programs, while working closely alongside the Centre Director to strive for an exceeding centre. You will lead and mentor educators, develop the team's planning, curriculum and outcomes, and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
