Our client is a respected membership-based organisation operating within the education sector. They work closely with schools across Western Australia, providing advice, resources, training and support across compliance, governance, workplace relations and employment matters.

What you'll be doing:
In this advisory role, you'll partner with school leaders, boards and stakeholders to provide expert guidance across industrial relations, employment law, policy development and compliance matters. Key responsibilities include:
Developing, reviewing and maintaining policy and governance resources for schools.
Providing advice on workplace relations, employment law, compliance and staff management matters.
Supporting schools through enterprise agreement negotiations and related industrial matters.
Conducting onsite and virtual consultations with school leadership teams and governing bodies.
Delivering professional development sessions, seminars and presentations to a range of stakeholders.
Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes and providing practical advice to schools.
Preparing guidance materials, newsletters, resources and communications.




Building strong relationships with education sector stakeholders and external partners.

What you'll need:
Robust knowledge of Western Australian industrial relations frameworks and the Fair Work system.
Experience providing advice on employment, workplace relations, governance or compliance matters.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
The ability to manage competing priorities and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience within the education sector will be highly regarded.
A current Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance and driver's licence.
