Vertical Scope Group (VSG) is seeking multiple experienced Defence professionals to support a major federal Defence project based in Canberra.
We are building a high‑calibre team to deliver capability, concepts, force design, strategic planning, project management and assurance outcomes across several specialist workstreams. These roles will be delivered as part of integrated teams supporting important Defence capability priorities and broader national outcomes.
This is an exciting prospect for professionals with Defence experience who want to contribute to meaningful, high‑impact work across capability management, concept development, program delivery and land systems support.
About you
Experience working in Defence programs or comparable government settings
Knowledge of land domain capability, communications systems, networking, sustainment or force integration
Qualifications or equivalent experience in project management , systems engineering , or other relevant disciplines
The ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, complex and ambiguous environments
Solid judgement,
initiative and stakeholder management skills.
Must be Canberra based
