Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical support.
Act as a mentor for students, graduates, newly appointed or less experienced midwives to develop high quality clinical skills.
Support the implementation and evaluation of clinical learning activities across the organisation in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Education, ADONM Nursing and Midwifery Education and Clinical Nursing and Midwifery Educators.
Qualifications
Registered Midwife with APHRA.
Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a cooperative team setting.
Required Documentation
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
A current Police Record Check.
Working with Children Check.
Other evidence as needed for security screening and visa compliance (e.g., driver licence, VISA status, relevant qualifications).
