Role requirements:
In this role you will be continually interacting with out stakeholders and clients both in person and through our expanding software systems. This role may also suit someone looking for an chance to harness their own client network and take active responsibility for business growth.
Possess a solid understanding of valuation methodologies and principles
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional deadline and time management skills
Be efficient with technologies and information systems
Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
The willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry
The ability to ‘think outside the box’ and assist in developing our business
An overall passion for property industry
Experience and/or Qualifications Required:
Current Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI)
CPV accreditation
An Australian driver’s license and own a personal motor vehicle
Remuneration commensurate of skills and experience and is to be discussed on an individual basis.
