Responsibilities
Lead and manage Front of House crew, providing explicit direction, coaching and support.
Prepare and serve food, creating feel‑positive customer experiences through every interaction.
Maintain the store and contribute to continuous improvement of the business.
Qualifications
Prior leadership team experience required, with ability to lead and delegate tasks.
Empathy in handling guest complaints and other requirements.
Understanding of the hospitality industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Results driven, passionate about leading people and performing in a quick‑paced environment.
