We're currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our friendly finance team at our Dandenong dealership.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounts department. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing accounts payable and receivable
Bank and account reconciliations
General ledger and data entry
Assisting with month-end processes




Maintaining accurate financial records
Providing general administrative support to the finance team

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Previous experience in an accounts or administration role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Good communication and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience using TUNE and Toyota systems will be highly regarded, but is not essential

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with no weekend work, offering a excellent work-life balance within a supportive and established business.
