El Jannah in NSW is seeking an Assistant Manager / Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations and guest experience. You’ll lead from the floor, train crew, uphold food safety and WHS standards, and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving performance targets.
You’ll bring 1–2 years in a quick-paced hospitality setting, robust communication, calm leadership under pressure, and a genuine passion for food and people. A adaptable roster, including evenings and weekends, is expected.
