High Reach Forklift Operator - Day Shift

Mass Resources is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for the day shift at a major furniture distribution warehouse based in Cheltenham.

We currently have one ongoing casual position available within a contemporary, quick-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for a reliable and proactive individual who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and working as part of a supportive team.

Position Details
Role Type: Ongoing Casual
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Hours Per Week: 38 hours
Overtime: Available, including weekends
Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour
Location: Cheltenham, VIC (on-site)

Key Responsibilities
Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
Picking and processing orders using RF scanners
Loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean, safe,



and organised warehouse setting
Assisting with general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks
Working collaboratively with warehouse and inventory teams to achieve daily KPIs

Requirements
Valid LF Forklift Licence
Minimum 1 year experience operating High Reach forklifts
Experience using RF scanners to pick orders
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
Full Australian working rights
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
