A wonderful prospect for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Bayswater in a flexible part-time position.
This is a varied role combining Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Office Administration. You'll be someone who enjoys keeping things organised, has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in delivering accurate work while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Part-time hours required are 22.5 per week, preferred days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (Versatile).
This role is based on site.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
General data entry and document management
Supplier purchasing, setup and account maintenance
Reconcile Supplier invoices and statements
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office
Customer support including answering phones and handling enquiries
Maintain accurate records and assist with general office duties
What are we looking at from you is:
Previous experience in an Accounts Administration, AP/AR or similar position
Solid understanding of accounting processes and reconciliations
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging setting will be viewed favourably
Excellent attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach
