What you'll do
Support customers and partners through phone and email communication
Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional and welcoming approach
Provide updates on application statuses and upcoming steps
Guide customers through necessary documentation and key milestones
Follow up proactively to ensure progress
Collaborate closely with internal legal, credit, and operations teams
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting
Offer client support with patience and professionalism
