O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville , a locally-owned electrical business, is seeking candidates for a Project Administrator. We are looking to fill this position by bringing on a new staff member to join our experienced team. This diverse role includes the scheduling and maintenance of key projects and acts as the key lynch-pin between the office, sales team and in office techs. Importantly, this role is a great springboard into our fastly growing business with fantastic training and development opportunities available.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Efficient management of projects and daily communications
Be the glue between our on-site and office teams
GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
Respond to all inbound calls and inquiries, including the scheduling of jobs
Allocate materials and tools required for jobs
Coordinate in office access for jobs, including the planning and facilitation of work
Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting
Ensure all employees and sub-contractor records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Fantastic communication skills
High level of computer literacy especially with computerised job management systems e.g. MS Office, particularly excel
Relevant experience in operations and/or administration
