We are looking for:
Previous experience in trade sales or retail preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Greet trade customers and assist them with their orders over the counter
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock and the trade counter area
Load/unload delivery vehicle safely
Deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner
Participate in learning and development, customer improvement programs
Team based effort to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
