Site Safe is a proudly Australian-owned company specialising in the design, manufacture, repair and hire of specialty site containers for construction, industrial and commercial customers.
We're looking for an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join our workshop team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role working in a factory environment, carrying out repairs, modifications and the fabrication of new Site Safe products.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Repairing shipping containers and steel storage units.
Fabricating and welding new builds and modifications
Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
MIG welding, cutting, grinding and general steel fabrication
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
Working as part of a supportive team to deliver quality products on time
What You'll Bring
Qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator (or equivalent experience)
Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills
Ability to read workshop drawings
Pride in producing quality workmanship
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Positive attitude, reliability and robust work ethic
Commitment to workplace safety
