The Role
You will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to management, employees, and clients including setting up project safety and administration files through various online portals
Monitoring shared mailboxes and handling phone enquiries
Point of Sale service for our walk-in customers
General Office duties including preparation of reports and quality assurance documents, meeting minutes
Assisting our Office Manager with invoicing and payroll
About You
Highly organised and able to self-manage your time and client commitments
Able to work productively while unsupervised
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive problem-solving skills & ability to prioritise work
Able to work well in a team
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of software
Willingness to learn customised software; knowledge of the following software & portals not essential but considered an advantage:
Simpro
MYOB
Construction Portals such as Hammertech, DAMSTRA
Previous experience in ESM also considered an advantage
