Ontime Healthcare is a boutique agency delivering premium, personalised care - and we're growing. We're currently seeking experienced Support Workers for ongoing, one?on?one Aged Care and Disability support across Melbourne's Inner East and Western suburbs.
These roles are casual but consistent: predictable clients, regular shift patterns, and steady fortnightly hours. We have a mix of weekday and weekend work available.

What You'll Need
Minimum 6 months (preferably 1 year) paid care experience
Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability)
NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid & CPR
Full Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Full working rights
Full vaccination status: COVID (x3), Flu, plus proof of immunity for whooping cough, measles, Hep B & chicken pox
What You'll Be Doing
Personal care: showering, grooming, mobility assistance
Preparing and cooking straightforward, nutritious meals
Transporting clients to appointments and community outings
Accurately documenting shift notes
Providing high?quality, qualified, person?centred support
