We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team. This role is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying automotive parts and accessories to both internal departments and external customers, ensuring accuracy and a high level of service. Full training, onboarding and mentoring provided

In this role you will:
Assisting customers and workshop technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal staff
Keeping up to date with new products and vehicle models
Maintain and organise inventory,



while keeping accurate records
Provide expert advice on parts
Process orders efficiently and accurately using inventory systems
Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
Assist in stock takes and manage incoming and outgoing parts
Interpreting the customer’s requirements & providing advice to customers

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter or related automotive role highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
Positive communication and customer service skills
Current driver's license
