About the Role
Design and deliver leadership development programs that build capability across the organisation
Lead Regis' annual engagement survey and employee listening initiatives
Analyse people insights and engagement data to drive meaningful action
Facilitate workshops,



coaching and leadership development experiences
Partner with leaders to strengthen culture, engagement and performance
Manage strategic projects that support our people and business objectives

What You’ll Bring
Experience in leadership development, organisational culture or employee engagement
Robust facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into action
Demonstrated project management experience in complex environments
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development, Business or similar
Passion for helping leaders and teams thrive
