As a Sunco Service Advisor, you'll have the very important task of being our customers' first point of contact. Their experience with us, starts with you.

This is a full-time chance. We are looking for the right staff, with the right attitude and the desire to learn and grow as part of our award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Bring your smile - you're our first point of contact
Book appointments, follow up and assist with customer enquiries
Proactively communicate with customers
Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams
Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop current customer relationships
About You:
Administration experience or excellent computer skills are essential
Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience really means
Well-presented and professional presentation
Able to survive and thrive in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Follow a proactive, not reactive approach
Able to work Monday to Friday, 0730am - 1730pm
