What you need:
ACECQA recognised qualification
Current working with children check (WWCC)
First aid in a childhood setting, CPR and Ashtma/Anaphylactic management (or willingness to obtain)
Child protection and secure sleep training (or willingness to obtain)
Great communication and teamwork skills
Genuine passion and energy
