We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care team in a permanent part time Holiday Relief role, offering 55 hours per fortnight, AM, PM and Night Shifts . This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while providing essential cover during planned staff leave, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role

You’ll support residents with personal care, comfort, mobility, and safety during weekday night shifts in our 89-bed home. Reporting to the Manager and working closely with the RN, you’ll help maintain a calm, supportive overnight setting.

You'll provide secure, high-quality care in line with each resident's care plan. A strong understanding of residential aged care standards, along with empathy and compassion, is essential. About Us
