Strait Link in Victoria, Australia is seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Manager to lead our night shift at Webb Dock. You will oversee freight processing, loading and dispatch, and drive safety, efficiency and service standards across the shift.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate labour, fleet and equipment, manage issues as they arise, and foster a solid safety culture while meeting operational targets and maintaining 24-hour continuity.
