Ochre Medical Practice Armidale NSW is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Receptionist to join their supportive team.

Responsibilities
Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)
Liaise with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner
Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and results
All general reception,



administrative and medical support duties as required
Provide ongoing support to GP and practice nurse as required
Be a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical team
Ability to work independently and as a team
Previous Medical Reception experience preferred
Best practice software experience highly regarded but not essential.
Strong Customer Service Skills with an ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Confident in the use of technology
Show initiative and work productively within a team environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritise dutiesAbility to work alone and as part of a close team
Exceptional time management skills
Establish and maintain a great rapport with patients and colleagues.
