Job Description
Panel Beater
* Assess received parts to ensure accuracy and condition
* Disassemble vehicles in line with job sheet instructions
* Carry out repairs in accordance with OEM repair methods and company standards
* Reassemble vehicles following completion of repairs
* Maintain a high level of care and attention when handling customer vehicles
* Ensure company tools and equipment are maintained in a clean and safe working condition
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures including the use of appropriate PPE
Apprentice Spray Painter
* Assist Spray Painters with vehicle preparation, masking, sanding and priming
* Learn paint mixing and colour matching techniques
* Support the paint team to achieve quality outcomes and production targets
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop trade skills
