Lead AI Engineer - Job Description
Lead the design, development, and deployment of***** production-ready AI promptssupporting***** high-priority business processesusing Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI technologies.
Define and implement astandardised Prompt Engineering Framework, including prompt architecture, reusable templates, engineering methodology, and governance standards.
Design, test, validate,



and continuously refine prompts to ensure high-quality outputs, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
Establishprompt quality assurancepractices by documenting expected outputs, configurable user inputs, exception handling, assumptions, limitations, and best practices.
Create reusable prompt patterns and provide practical recommendations to improve prompt reliability, scalability, and output consistency across diverse business scenarios.
Design and maintain an enterprisePrompt Librarywithin the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including taxonomy, metadata, search capability, categorisation, and scalable library architecture.
Identify and recommend high-value prompts suitable for future implementation asMicrosoft Copilot Skills, ensuring extensibility and alignment with evolving AI capabilities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions while promoting prompt governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
