Responsibilities
Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Conduct Nursing Assessments
Skills & Experience
Community nursing would be an advantage
Dementia Management
Diabetes Management




Catheterisation (SPC & IDC both female and male) would be highly regarded
Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
Leadership experience is an advantage
Work with a supportive and agile team
Mandatory Requirements

Coachable
AHPRA Registration
Registered or Enrolled Nurse
CPR & First Aid Certification
National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable PersonsSector)
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Approval
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
Must hold an Australian Drivers Licence & reliable car
