Cranbrook Workshop, part of the Robert Plumb Collective, is seeking a Floor Manager in our Botany workshop.
You'll oversee daily cabinetmaking operations, coordinate production, and lead skilled cabinet makers to deliver premium joinery projects.
A solid background in cabinetry and craftsmanship is essential.
This is a full-time, on-site role.
You will mentor apprentices, manage deadlines, and ensure safety and quality across projects from design to delivery.
