My client is a well-known business originally from Queensland they have a growing presence in NSW as a business they currently turnover $1b and deliver projects up to $200M across the commercial, industrial and education sectors predominately.
They work with repeat clients and have made a name for themselves in the space that they operate in.
With a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator.
This role will play a key role in growing the NSW business working very closely with the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager.
As a business they value employees having detailed development plans in place for staff members along with opportunities for progression.
They ensure sub-contractors are paid quickly and like to partner with right sub-contractors to ensure successful deliver of projects on time.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for




Preparing scopes of work for all sub-contracts
Selection of all sub-contractors and procurement
Administration of the sub and head contracts
Preparing monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
Manage and prepare all variations
Management of progress claims on the project
About You
You will ideally have worked for a commercial builder as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator.
You will have experience working on complex commercial projects and possess strong written and communication skills.
