The Role
We are on the lookout for a capable Civil Design Engineer with 2-4+ years of design experience to join our team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will:
Provide technical engineering advice on diverse industrial, commercial, and retail projects.




Develop concept and detailed engineering designs, covering hardstands, car park levels, pavements, stormwater networks, onsite detention systems, treatment systems, roof drainage, and more.
Prepare design drawings / construction documentation by drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Liaise with Councils and local authorities to obtain relevant design approvals.
Coordinate with consultants, builders, developers, and clients to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects.
What we're looking for:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (not mandatory, but other relevant tertiary engineering qualifications are highly regarded).
Demonstrate 2-4+ years of industry experience in consulting, specifically with industrial, commercial, and retail projects.
Showcase advanced skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Exhibit strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of Australian Standards and local Council standards.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Work independently, demonstrating self-sufficiency and motivation to learn and grow.
