An Auxillis branch is a busy, fast-paced places to be and, asTeam Leader, you are involved at the very heart of it.
You are a keypart of the Branch Management Team,co-ordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.
At heart, you're a people person and, whilst you mayset expectations high, you love to nurture those around you.
You have a real talent for creating aproductive, engaged teamswhere everyone works together to get thingsdone well and on time.With your team of Service Delivery Drivers on board, it's over to you to inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, getting the right vehicles to the right customers, just when they need it.




Being a successfulTeam Leader in branch is really about using yourcustomer service know-how, talent formotivating othersand your calm,'can-do' attitudeto get your team pulling in the same direction.
Whereas knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environment may be useful (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence of course!), what is more important to us is the drive and personality you can bring to the role.
