Based at a Coles Distribution Centre - Somerton Vic, you'll lead a team responsible for maintaining high cleaning, hygiene and food safety standards across the site.
You'll provide day-to-day supervision, support team performance and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support Cleaning Team Members
Ensure cleaning, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Monitor safe use of chemicals, equipment and machinery
Complete inspections and maintain quality standards
Build positive working relationships with the customer and team




Ensure work is completed on schedule and to scope
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience leading or supervising cleaning teams
Strong communication and people leadership skills
Experience managing rosters and team performance
Ability to build strong working relationships
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)
Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
