Main Responsibilities
Client facing, lead point of contact for Site Staff
Manage time allocation and scheduling
Prepare for upcoming works by understanding client requirements
Provide all tools and ensure they are tested and tagged
Communicate daily with your Team of tradesmen, Project Manager and/or Service Co-ordinators as needed
Maintain health and safety by participating in Toolbox talks, WHS meetings, COVID-19 safety plans
Complete administration, reporting, onsite documents and forms as required, including pre-commencement photos and completion photos
What you will bring
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
Fully completed trade certifications i.e. Cert III in Carpentry (must have)
3-5 years' experience as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter
Drivers license and own vehicle
Neat and tidy qualified appearance, meeting the company uniform standards
Must have excellent interpersonal skills,
high emotional intelligence, communication and stakeholder management
Competency with using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, PPT, Outlook), and use of project/construction management software e.g. Procore would be beneficial
Excellent attention to detail
Be reliable and accountable for yourself and the team
Professional and trustworthy behaviour and attitude, in line with our company culture
The following probity checks must be satisfied due to the nature of our clientele and site access requirements:
Reference checks
NSW White card, working at heights (preferred) EWP license, FL license
Hold and maintain National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccinations
