What you bring:
10+ years in software engineering, with real scars from 32-bit ARM (STM32F3/4/7 a big plus)
Fluent in C/C++ and C#
FreeRTOS firmware chops
Comfortable across TCP/IP, LWIP, Bluetooth, WiFi and USB — PC side and embedded side
A debugger's instinct for UART/I2C/SPI, schematics, and PCB-level troubleshooting
Git fluency
IoT builds on AWS/Azure with 4G LTE CAT-1/CAT-M
Python or MATLAB
