About the role:
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join their close-knit, supportive team at their clinic in the Bayside area.
In this role, you will support children across multiple modes of therapy delivery , giving you variety and the opportunity to meet children where they learn best: Clinic-Based Therapy: Provide engaging, evidence-based sessions in a warm and well-resourced clinic setting.
Outreach Visits: Work directly with children in their natural environments, such as their home,



kindergarten, or school, to support functional, real-world learning.
Conducting detailed paediatric assessments to identify developmental needs.
Designing and implementing tailored therapy plans that empower children and families.
Collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
Monitoring progress and adapting therapy plans as needed.
Staying current with evidence-based paediatric practice and innovation.

Recognised qualifications in Speech Pathology .
Current or eibility for SPA membership.
